Hayato Inamura

Hayato Inamura joined the Scottish Champions on a four-year deal from Japanese J1 League side, Albirex Niigata in July 2025.

The left-sided defender proudly wears the No.25 jersey, a number famously donned by his countryman and Celtic legend, Shunsuke Nakamura.

Inamura began his professional career with Albirex Niigata in 2024 where his potential quickly became evident, and he made his senior debut on April 17, 2024, in a J.League Cup match against Iwaki FC.

In his impressive debut season, Inamura played a key role in helping his club reach the J.League Cup final, showcasing his defensive prowess and emegring talent.

Now, Hayato Inamura embarks on a new chapter in his career, bringing his skills and ambition to Glasgow where he aims to make his mark in the Hoops.
