Celtic FC Women have had a storming start to their domestic league season, and as a reward for last season’s second-place finish, the Ghirls enter the UEFA Women’s Champions League this week with a trip to Norway.

Fran Alonso’s side take on Brondby in their first match of the competition and Celtic TV will be on hand to cover all the action!

Entering as part of the League Path, the Celts have been drawn into a four-team group which will be played as two semi-final ties. The other two teams drawn in the Hoops’ group are FC Minsk of Belarus and Valerenga of Norway.

The winners of the two semi-final ties will then advance to the final to determine who moves on to the next round of qualification. The two losing semi-finalists will also play out a third-placed play-off.
