Speaking at Lennoxtown today, he said: “It’s down to the belief that what we’re doing is the right thing and it will get us the result we want.

“It wasn’t ideal going down early but we stayed calm and in control and it was a good result for us.

“We’re going to have to draw on that but we don’t want to rely on it.

“It’s not a given, no matter how much you believe, sometimes you just can’t break that wall down, as proven at Hibs.

‘It’s a long season ahead and we have an incredible squad that has been fantastic, with everyone leaving their all on the pitch.’

“Ideally, we are flowing and everything is working well but it doesn’t always work like that in football.

“It’s a jam-packed schedule and this is our life. We work really hard to have a clear message and we are trying to be a team that no matter what gets put in front of us we’re in a position to win.

“We put ourselves in a position that it doesn’t matter who’s playing in the game we’re confident in each other’s ability and in the system.

“Everyone that’s played so far has done exceptionally well.”

Hart played in two of the three trips to Dingwall last season as the Hoops won on each occasion in the Highlands.

The lunchtime kick-off is a chance for the team to showcase their football once again and the goalkeeper is looking forward to another tough trip north.

He added: “It’s part of our job, it’s a tough game and we know they will be waiting for us.

'We’ve recovered well from the other night and the squad’s looking strong and we’re looking forward to it.'

“We’ve got great support that follows us and we appreciate the effort to get up for that game.

“We look to perform regardless of the situation and it’s great to have the support we do but we’re looking to get the job done.”
