Following the Glasgow derby victory against Rangers in the Scottish Cup semi-final last weekend, full focus is now on the cinch Premiership, with the Hoops potentially just one win away from securing the title, and the Bhoys take on Hearts at Tynecastle tomorrow (Sunday, May 7) with a 2:15pm kick off.

In their last visit to Tynecastle, the Hoops came away with a 3-0 victory in the Scottish Cup quarter-final, and Ange Postecoglou's side will be hoping for a similar result tomorrow to confirm their status as Champions.

It could be a historic day for the Hoops and Celtic TV will be on hand to bring you every kick of the ball LIVE* from Tynecastle.

On air from 2pm with Gerry McCulloch and Tom Boyd, we’ll hear pre-match thoughts from Ange Postecoglou and look back at last weekend’s 1-0 victory over Rangers at Hampden in the Scottish Cup semi-final.

Gerry and Tom will then describe the action from kick-off at 2:15pm as the game gets underway.

At half-time, we’ll enjoy some Classic Matches against Hearts from when they visited Celtic Park in April 2006 (1-0 victory thanks to a goal from John Hartson) and the 5-0 victory at Tynecastle from 2017.
