Although she was up for PFA Women’s Player of the Year Award, the 24-year-old narrowly missed out to Glasgow City’s Costa Rican midfielder Priscila Chinchilla.

But on the night of their Scottish Women’s Cup win over City - bringing the Cup Double back to Paradise - the team made sure her unbelievable achievement didn’t go amiss as she won the Player’s Player of the Season and, obviously, the squad’s top goal-scorer.

The No.21 has scored against every single domestic team Celtic played over the 2021/22 season and gave credit to her team-mates for providing her with so many assists, as well as the style of play that manager Fran Alonso has pushed for.

“The team find me wherever I am. It’s their quality that lets me score my goals,” she said.
