Celtic FC Women’s third league game of the season will kick-off this Sunday (August 21) at 12noon against Spartans FC. The Ghirls will welcome the Edinburgh side to the Excelsior Stadium, where they hope to be backed by a bumper crowd.

With the game being brought forward to a 12noon kick-off, it allows Hoops fans to come and support Celtic FC Women before Ange and the Bhoys take on Hearts at Paradise.

Manager, Fran Alonso is delighted with the change. He said: “Hopefully we will have a huge crowd and it can be a warm-up for those heading to Celtic Park after, to cheer on the men’s team.”
