“I would like to see yes, it is my best performance so far. I couldn’t be happier with the performance in general from everyone.

“Charlie made such a big impact, so being able to play after her is an honour and I hope I can play number nine for the rest of the year.

“We are able to do anything we want this year and the chemistry is great in the squad and I mean 9-0 is such a high and I want to continue that for the rest of the year.

'Personally, I want to win three cups, I want to win every game and everyone to know we are a team that is going to give 100% always.'

“Performance-wise, I want to be consistent and score goals where I can, but overall, three cups are the target.”

A 9-0 win certainly does confidence levels no harm, but despite it, Larisey says the mood in the camp is already incredibly strong, with six new players added through the door this summer.

The environment in the camp is matched by the feel-good factor away from it, with a healthy crowd in attendance at the Hibs game, which Larisey says pushed the team to higher levels.

She added: “The crowd was amazing and seeing so many people coming and willing to watch makes you want to work harder.

“The environment was so nice and you can hear them on the pitch and they are still cheering after everything, so it was really good.

“Everyone welcomed the new signings with open arms. They have very positive energy so they’ve gelled really nice and we are all getting along and you can see that on and off the pitch, so they’re doing really well so far.

“Already we have such a great connection and each one of them is an amazing player.

“If we have a strong connection now I can’t wait to see what it will be like.”
