Since the beginning of October this year, supporters have be asked to show their vaccination status to gain entry to the stadium on a matchday.

New rules which came into place on Monday, December 6 mean supporters can now show a negative Covid test result on matchday as an alternative to showing their vaccine certificate.

An email or text confirmation of a negative Lateral Flow Device (LFD) test result within 24 hours before the fixture you wish attend will now be accepted as an alternative to proof of vaccination.

Celtic FC are obliged to follow Scottish Government legislation and we would like to thank our supporters in advance for their patience, co-operation and understanding.

PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST

Confirmation of a negative Lateral Flow Device (LFD) test result within 24 hours before the fixture you wish attend will be accepted as an alternative to a vaccine passport.

To obtain an email or text message showing confirmation of a negative LFD test result, you must report the result with NHS Scotland.

LFD test kit instructions include details about how to report a test result online or by phone. Once it is registered, an email and text is issued to confirm the result and that can be used to gain entry on a matchday.

Test kits can be ordered online or collected from a pharmacy or test site.

PROOF OF VACCINATION

Supporters are asked to arrive with one of the following ready to show to stewards on approach to Celtic Park:

A printed version of their vaccine certificate
A digital copy of their vaccine certificate
Proof of vaccination through the NHS Scotland Covid Status app

EXEMPTIONS

Supporters who are exempt from a vaccination must be prepared to provide evidence of this. Exemptions are applicable to those:

Under the age of 18
Not able to get the vaccine for medical reasons
Taking part in vaccine trials
Matchday employees and volunteers

CERTIFICATE/EXEMPTION CHECKS

Random spot checks will be carried out by stewards on approach to Celtic Park, in line with this Scottish Government guidance and all supporters attending must be prepared to provide proof of vaccination or exemption.

Please ensure you arrive as early as possible on matchday to avoid any delays in entering the stadium while these checks take place.
