CELTIC retained the Jock Stein Friendship Cup last night (Tuesday) when Tommy McIntyre’s reserve side defeated Albion Rovers 3-0 at Cliftonhill in front of a watching Neil Lennon.

The young Hoops have now won the trophy on each of the nine seasons it has been competed for between 2006-2010 and 2016 to this season.

New Bhoy, Jonathan Afolabi struck twice while Karamoko Dembele scored the other, with all of the goals coming in the second 45.
