THE Comedy Night makes a return to the Kerrydale Suite next month, showcasing some of Scotland and Ireland’s top comedy talent as part of the Glasgow International Comedy Festival.

The evening kicks-off at 7pm on Friday, October 25 and tickets are available to book online now. So if you’re planning a night out with friends or just fancy coming along for some tasty food and a good laugh, look no further!

Your MC for the evening is the first Scottish comic in history to win the Edinburgh Best Newcomer Award, our very own Glaswegian stand-up genius, Scott Gibson.

“The big, bald Glaswegian” is a naturally gifted storyteller mixing a conversational style with his own unique brand of dark humour, he’s set to work the room like a champion as he introduces each of our stellar acts.

And here’s a little taste of what you can expect from our fantastic comedy line-up:

Connor Burns:

First up we have one of Scotland’s most exciting up and coming comedy acts, the hilarious Connor Burns opening the show. He’s sure to have you in stitches as the comedy line-up gets underway!

Graham Mackie:

A comedy legend, and well known on the Glasgow comedy scene, Graham has made appearances on BBC Radio Scotland's Call Kay, and The Fred MacAulay Show. He’s one of the most underrated comedians in Scotland, and will have your sides splitting with laughter when he takes to the stage!

Eleanor Tierney:

This comedian, writer and actress known for her uniquely oblique view of the world will have you laughing from the get go! Her stand up has featured on Comedy Central’s The Alternative Comedy Experience and has led her to be the support act for top stand-up comics including Stewart Lee, Jason Manford, Jason Byrne and Reg D Hunter among others. She’s one act you won’t want to miss!
