Neil Lennon’s side, who secured an unprecedented Treble Treble just weeks ago, will be aiming to start the campaign with another victory against St Johnstone as the Hoops kick-off league proceedings at Paradise.

The Saints finished just outside the top six last term, with their last visit to Celtic Park ending in a 5-0 win for the Hoops as Scott Sinclair bagged a hat-trick, alongside goals from Scott Brown and James Forrest.

And, as the league flag flies proudly over Celtic Park for the eighth season in a row, Scotland’s Champions will be looking for more of the same as the new campaign gets underway.
