Lucy Barclay

One of a number of Academy players to have featured for first-team, Lucy Barclay has risen through the ranks with the Hoops.

After impressing within the under-18s squad which reached the Scottish Youth Cup last campaign, the midfielder was handed her debut in the penultimate league match of 2022/23.

Coming off the bench, the youngster was trusted to see out the final minutes of a crucial victory against Hibernian in May 2023.

Continuing to feature for the first-team in the 2023/24 pre-season, the 16-year-old was named on the bench during the opening day win against Montrose.

Thanks to her performances within the Academy, the Celtic prospect has also received five caps for Scotland at under-17s level.
