Luis Palma
Honduras internationalist, Luis Palma joined the club on a five-year contract during the 2023 summer transfer window.
During his maiden 2023/24 season, Palma had ten assists and ten goals including a number of spectacular finishes, with goals in the Champions League against Atletico Madrid and Feyenoord.
Palma is the second Honduran to pull on the famous green and white hoops, following in the footsteps of fans' favourite Emilio Izaguirre. The left-back played over 260 times during two spells with the Bhoys and enjoyed a strong connection with the club’s supporters and Palma is hoping to make a similar impact.
During his strong first season with the Hoops, he made history, scoring in a thrilling 2-2 draw against Atlético Madrid at Celtic Park in October 2023. This goal made him only the second Honduran player ever to find the net in the UEFA Champions League.
The winger joined Olympiacos on a loan spell for the remainder of the season in February 2025, he went on to make eight appearances.
